Shipping and returns

Domestic shipping in Norway is free for orders over 600kr.

We ship all over Norway with major national transport companies . Below you will find an overview of how we process shipments and returns.

Freight:

Once we receive your order, we will package and deliver the product to the carrier within the next 1-2 days. These dates are approximate and may vary if the purchase is made on a weekend or holiday.

All products are shipped from Valle municipality in Setesdal in Southern Norway.

After the package is received by the carrier, it usually takes 1-3 business days for the shipping company to deliver it to its destination. These dates are guidelines. Please note that shipments to Northern Norway may take slightly longer.

You will receive email and SMS notifications throughout every stage of your shipment. We will notify you when:

-We received the purchase order.

-We hand over the package to the carrier.

-The company transports the package.

-The package arrives at its destination.

You will also be notified if there are any delays or problems during shipping. You can track your package using the shipping company's app.
